At VegCrop, we believe in delivering safe, hygienic, and high-quality frozen food products. Because our products are perishable and temperature-sensitive, we have a specific return and refund policy to ensure food safety and product integrity.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Nature of Products

All VegCrop products are frozen food items and require strict temperature control. Once delivered, products cannot be resold or reused due to food safety regulations.

For this reason, returns are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.


2. No Return Policy (General Rule)

Due to the perishable nature of frozen food:

  • We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered successfully.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect product selection by customer

    • Taste preference issues

    • Improper storage after delivery


3. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

We will provide a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Product received in thawed / completely defrosted state

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired product delivered

To be eligible:

  • Complaint must be raised within 2 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos and unboxing video must be shared

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging


4. How to Raise a Complaint

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Short description of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 working hours.


5. Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to customer’s bank account after verification

  • In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of cash refund


6. Delivery Responsibility

Once the product is delivered in proper frozen condition:

  • Customer is responsible for immediately storing products at -18°C or below

  • VegCrop is not responsible for damage due to:

    • Delay in refrigeration

    • Power failure at customer location

    • Improper storage


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed due to temperature-controlled logistics
