At VegCrop, we ensure safe and temperature-controlled delivery of all frozen products to maintain freshness and quality.

Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Phase 1 Delivery Model (Mumbai & Selected Pincodes)

In Phase 1, VegCrop operates with a scheduled next-morning delivery system.

🕒 Order Cut-Off Time

  • All orders placed before 9:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be delivered the day after next.

🚚 Delivery Timing

  • Delivery window: 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM

  • Delivery days: Monday to Saturday

  • No deliveries on:

    • Sundays

    • Public Holidays

If a public holiday falls after your order date, delivery will be scheduled on the next working day.

❄️ Temperature-Controlled Delivery

All VegCrop products are frozen and delivered using temperature-controlled handling.

Customers are requested to:

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order during delivery time.

  • Immediately store products in a freezer at -18°C or below after receiving them.

VegCrop will not be responsible for product damage due to delayed refrigeration after successful delivery.

💳 Payment Options

We currently offer:

  • Online Payments (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (where applicable)

For COD orders, please ensure exact change availability to support smooth delivery.

📍 Serviceable Areas

Delivery is available only in selected pincodes in Mumbai and surrounding areas.

If your pincode is not serviceable, you will not be able to place an order at checkout.

📦 Missed Delivery

If the customer is unavailable during the delivery window:

  • Re-delivery may be attempted based on feasibility.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply.

  • In case of non-acceptance, the order will not be eligible for refund due to the perishable nature of frozen products.
