Welcome to VegCrop (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchase of products through our Shopify-powered store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

2. Products & Nature of Goods

VegCrop sells frozen food products that require strict cold-chain management.

All products:

  • Must be stored at -18°C or below

  • Are perishable in nature

  • Cannot be returned once delivered (except as per our Return & Refund Policy)

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, packaging, or pricing without prior notice.

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • You will receive confirmation once your order is accepted.

Order cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (if available).

  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.

5. Delivery & Cold Chain Responsibility

VegCrop provides temperature-controlled delivery within selected service areas.

Once the product is delivered:

  • Risk and ownership transfer to the customer.

  • The customer must immediately store products in a freezer at -18°C or below.

  • VegCrop is not responsible for product damage due to:

    • Delayed refrigeration

    • Power failure at customer premises

    • Improper storage

    • Third-party handling after delivery

If the customer is unavailable at delivery time, re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Product Quality & Food Safety Disclaimer

We follow strict hygiene and food safety standards.

However:

  • Customers must check ingredient lists for allergies.

  • VegCrop is not liable for allergic reactions or health conditions unless caused by proven manufacturing defects.

  • Cooking instructions must be followed as mentioned on packaging.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of frozen food:

  • Returns are not accepted after delivery.

  • Refunds or replacements are provided only under eligible conditions as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including:

  • Logos

  • Brand names (VegCrop, Veginatural, Paratha Xpress, Bites & Delights, Rasoi Xpress, Fruitzé Icecreme)

  • Images

  • Videos

  • Text

are the intellectual property of VegCrop Agro Products Pvt Ltd and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • VegCrop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Power outages

  • Government restrictions

  • Logistics disruptions

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
